Description

Return a bonus based on the current level of the skill.

Make it customisable if only the bonus of the current level is applied or all bonuses up to the current level.

Research direction
Examine the skill system code to understand how levels are stored and how bonuses are currently applied. Then implement a bonus retrieval function that returns the bonus for the current level or all bonuses up to the current level based on a configuration flag.
